Accepting Your Deployer Teams Invitation 

Hello and welcome back to Rithm University! In this tutorial, we'll walk through the process of accepting your Deployer teams invitation and accessing your new team environment. Whether you're a new user or already have a MrSign-In account, we'll guide you through each step to get you started with your team access.

Important note: There are two different invitation experiences. Existing MrSign-In users must click "Accept invitation" in their email and login with existing credentials. New users must complete account registration first, then accept the invitation via email. Next, check your email to see which group you fall into — then just follow the steps that apply to you.

When you receive your Deployer teams invitation, you'll see an email from the Deployer Team with the subject line "Team Invite." If you already have a MrSign-In account, your email will show a simple "Accept invitation" link along with information about who invited you and which team you're joining.

New users who don't have a MrSign-In account will receive a more detailed email with clear steps. Step 1 directs you to create your Market Rithm single sign-on account first, and Step 2 instructs you to accept the invitation after account creation.

Both invitation emails display the inviter's name and list the specific teams you're being added to. In this example, you can see the invitation is for the Rithm U Team.

Let's first walk through the process for existing users, then cover the complete new user registration and acceptance flow.

For existing users, the process is straightforward. Simply click the "Accept invitation" link in your email. This will redirect you to the Deployer login page where you can log in to your existing account to accept the invitation.

Enter your email address and password to login. This single sign-on system provides access to all Market Rithm applications, including access to your new Deployer team.

After successful authentication, you'll be automatically redirected to your Deployer Profile page. Here you'll see a green confirmation banner stating "You are now part of this team," confirming your invitation has been accepted. You can view all your team memberships in the "My Teams" tab, which displays a detailed table showing team names, descriptions, last updated information, and portal assignments.

Now let's cover the complete process for new users who need to create their MrSign-In account first.

New users receive an email with clear step-by-step instructions. Step 1 requires creating your Market Rithm single sign-on account, and Step 2 involves accepting the invitation after your account is active.

Important reminder: New users should complete their account creation and activation process before attempting to accept team invitations. If you experience any issues during the invitation acceptance process, you can contact support through the Support Center in Account Console.

To begin the new user process, click the link in Step 1 to create your MrSign-In account. This will redirect you to the registration page.

You'll arrive at the MrSign-In "CREATE ACCOUNT" page, which shows a 3-step process: User Registration, Mobile Verification, and Email Confirmation. Fill in all required fields including your email, name information, company, address details, mobile number, and create a secure password.

After completing all fields and agreeing to the terms, click the "VERIFY" button to proceed to mobile verification.

You'll advance to Step 2 - Mobile Verification, where you'll see an OTP verification screen. Enter the one-time password sent to your mobile device and click "Submit and Verify Email" to proceed.

After successful mobile verification, you'll see the completion of all three steps and a message stating "User created successfully. Please check your mail for activation."

Check your email for an activation message from "alerts-at-mrsignin" with the subject "Link to Activate your MrSign In account." This email contains a link to activate your new account.

Click the activation link in the email. You'll be redirected to enter the passcode sent to your mobile device. Enter the code and click "Verify" to complete activation.

After successful activation, you'll be logged into your MrSign-In dashboard. Here you'll see a message stating "You don't have any authenticators yet" and a prompt to "Register New Passwordless Authenticator" to get started.

The dashboard displays your available sign-in methods including MagicLink and Password options, along with the table showing authenticator status. You can choose to set up passwordless authentication now or proceed with your existing password method. Below, you'll see all available Market Rithm applications including Account Console, Structure CMS, Deployer, Validate Plus, Rithm CRM, and Rithm University.

You'll also receive a welcome email confirming your account activation and explaining that you can now login with MagicLink or your password to configure additional authentication methods.

Now that your account is created and activated, return to your original Deployer teams invitation email and click "accept the invitation" in Step 2.

This will redirect you to the same Deployer login page that existing users see. Enter your newly created credentials to authenticate and accept the invitation.

After authentication, new users are redirected to the same Deployer Profile page with the "You are now part of this team" confirmation banner, just like existing users.

Congratulations! You've successfully accepted your Deployer teams invitation and now have access to all team features and resources. You're ready to collaborate and leverage Deployer's email marketing capabilities.
